Well it's pretty spacious. Showed my ID then went upstairs not knowing what I was doing. Looked around for about 15 minutes looking for things. I've never been here before so I didn't know u had to try to remember what u wanted then u had to tell the cashier. There is no explanation anywhere in the store. When we did finally figure out that we had to talked with cashier to get our stuff we couldn't remember what we wanted. Also the cashier had no customer service skills at all. She just seemed bothered that we wanted things. But overall good variety of different THC products just wish I had more of an idea on how to order it when I first walked in.

The store is definitely legit. Super friendly staff, not a sketchy place at all. The bud is Diggity dank definitely high quality stuff but my biggest problem is the price. It is so expensive. I thought with the legalization they would try to undercut Street dealers but if they're going to charge more than what I can get it from out of store why buy it in store.

As someone in the industry, this is what legal dispensaries in NY should look like. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a huge selection of products. Syracuse is lucky to have this gem of a dispensary!

I love this dispensary! The aesthetic is fun and has a vibe that appeals to most anyone interested in thc. Yesterday, they had a promoter from PAX giving out merchandise and offering free custom laser engravings of PAX batteries, and I was admittedly fascinated and wildly pleased! I hope you host similar events in the future. The rep, Stone, was also amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly, so hopefully, you can give him a shout out somewhere!

It was not a very positive experience. Purchased blue dream, one of my favorites. This was less than expected. No smell, no taste, no buzz. I'm just out 45 dollars after walking through a building and looking through glass. I would really appreciate my money back. Edit to respond- went to the show, absolute garbage. Looked at all vendors, all trash.

Now the vibes are nice and everyone is welcoming but I was greatly overcharged and it says I can't get refund now this is my first time in one of these establishments and when I got my products I soonly realized they made me pay and wait for a messed up order. The 14$ pre roll is great I recommend but never spend 50 on a 8th because then you have no one else to blame but yourself for getting gipped yea I figured it would be less looking but for it to be another pre roll I should've read it by leaving but I'm a mom on her day off so I was busy either way not sure how I really feel about this place 80 dollars down the drain💔
